A former Wall Street executive and accomplished entrepreneur, Violaine Galland is the founder and CEO of Step up Sàrl inspiring commercial teams worldwide to become more effective in their sales process, presentation and profit! Before teaching sales and negotiation skills, Violaine was first an entrepreneur, eventually selling one of her company. She then spent 15 years in financial services on Wall Street selling technology software to clients such as Morgan Stanley, the World Bank, and Deutsche Bank. She worked for Scotwork negotiation skills for 6 years, first in New York for 3 years, then taught and consulted in Europe. She founded in 2018 Step Up Sàrl a company specialized in boosting sales revenues.
